2887.00 is my number.....
I seriously question the accuracy of that ad-hoc/elementary algorithm....
once they pass the final bill is when I will dig into the real numbers.....
but yeah, it's a gimme I #win regardless....
anything I can do to eat more sushi whilst paying for my daughter's education is all I care about at this point in my life....

It should be a pretty accurate estimate, pending some very specific deductions and how they are handled in the final bill.

Meh, I kind of feel for some folks in those overpriced areas of California.
My wife's best friend and her husband recently moved back there and the only decent home they could find was a little over $800k.
Almost every dime they make just keeps a roof over their head.
