Is this new money that can go toward Phase 2, or has this already been accounted for? I guess "Korn Field" is kind of memorable. I appreciate the donation and just hope the stadium is very nice when its all done (hopefully in the next couple years)

Love Korn Field!! lots of gimmicky potential there.

But yeah, after 70 years of life, it is and always will be Foreman Field.

Thanks for clearing that up! I always heard his name said as Corn-Blaw, ryhmes with "law". Glad I never had to say his name in front of him.

Calling it Korn Field is a recipe for failure. The know how this came about. As a black male, I find this offensive and I know the black kids which are the better athletes won't come play at ODU. I wouldn't come play at the "Korn Field" Just a thought...

Call it what you will, but the name of our new football facility will be Kornblau Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium, not “Korn Field”, etc. If any of us didn’t want the name of the stadium/field being changed, or wanted it to be named differently, they should have ponied-up the funds.

You're offended and dont think ODU will be able to recruit players because some people might call the field "Korn Field" after a guy with the last name Kornblau who donated 3 million to name the field?

Man, i'll be the first one on your side if things seem out of line but I think you might be grasping for this one.
