chad morris is the seth greenburg of football coaches. parlayed not doing much at all in a lesser conference to a head coaching job in the premier conference for their sport

It really isn't. Bielema insulted many Texas High School coaches. Which hurt him in recruiting. Morris will rebuild those connections and as long as he wins 6-9 games per season. He will be considered successful.
