This is hard for me to understand. Why do you need to go to court to get Trump's FBI and DOJ to respond?
Maybe there is some real issue with an existing investigation, but I wouldn't put too much money on that. I think its swamp rats protecting themselves.

Trump is in a situation, because of the fake investigation that was started by the fake dossier, that he can't go around firing the people that won't comply. It would look like he was firing people that had something on him just like when he rightfully canned Comey.
Really this is the very definition of everything that is wrong in Washington and is exposing to anyone paying attention (unfortunately a small % of the country) just how corrupt Washington is and how all they really care about is themselves. Washington is the ultimate "team over country" collection of individuals.

Yes, the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election that has led to charges against someone who may have evaded taxes on money that had nothing to do with Russian interference at some point in the distant past.
