NIU vs Rockford University - dekalb222 - 11-26-2017 01:50 PM
This game should’ve been played earlier in the season but oh well! I still will enjoy a couple beers at Fattys and a couple during the game. Anything less than a 25pt Huskie victory today and I would consider it a bad game for NIU. Monty wants to try and play Bigten basketball in the MAC. I believe he would be better served playing like D11 and D111 schools play. They take and make many threes instead of fewer possessions and trying to pound the ball down low. The MAC is more like d11, d111 than Bigten!

Yep. It would not surprise me to see NIU playing down to the competition.

You just never know in games like this. As was mentioned, UW-Milwaukee just blew Iowa State out of the universe yet lost to Concordia

222 enjoy the game. They are fun to watch especially Geno. If they could get better crowds I think it would help the team's play.

CMU tried your way the past few seasons, it works only so long, the desperation chucks eventually stop falling and it just falls like a house of cards.

Doesn't look like the game is on ESPN3. Since there are no media commitments, I wonder why the game is at 3:30 pm as opposed to earlier?

Without seeing the game, Huskies appear to be more focused against lesser competition today. 48-21 NIU at the half. Probably a few more turnovers than you would like to see playing this level of competition at 6
