This happens to everyone. But, this game is not one of those. They are executing their offense and making shots. None of them have been prayers.
On the other hand, we are executing out offense and missing shots. Most have been wide open.

This is a really good Temple team who is knocking down every open shot. Combine that with the fact that ODU played timid in the opening minutes and here we are in a blowout. I thought ODU made a nice run in the middle of the first half, but then got sloppy again.

Yes, but I had our sets where the goal is an open mid-range jumper. It's such a poor efficiency shot.

I agree, good ball movement. They're getting good shots. And they're hitting them at a good clip. Temple looks real good so far.
Green has really stepped up but we need to get in their face and keep them from scoring cause we simply don't have the weapons to keep up with them in a shootout.

Worst half of defensive basketball i have seen us play in the JJ era. Not to take anything away from Temple because they are making the shots they are getting. We aren't getting around high ball screens and the help defense is awful. Hope somehow we can keep it under 20 but I'm not optimistic.

Really all our starters not name Porter aren't playing well. I don't think Temple can keep shooting lights out from 3. Like to see a better half, get it to under ten.

They don't have the strength to effectively post up against real big men. This is not a new problem.
We also aren't shooting from the perimiter well because temple has more athletic players than we do and if we can't out-athlete teams, we don't win.
We do not need to see any more proof, 5 years of this should be enough.
