Does Charleston's coach think his timeouts roll over to next season?

CAA/Other Opponents - Tribeheart - 03-16-2018 08:43 PM

Got to see what Charleston will be without Chealey next year....or won't be.

Sorry, Tribal, but missed FT's lost this, as well as, the 20+ turnovers.

I think jmu nay have beaten auburn tonight. Man, what a stinker from charleston. Please don't let them in the ncaa tourney next year

RE: CAA/Other Opponents - Mrs. Got Ribe - 03-16-2018 08:44 PM

Riller didn’t sling many arrows the second half.

Arrows and time outs.

I was wondering the same thing. Draw up a play for your team...

Don't think Grant did his job prospects any favors tonight.

Even without Chealey, this was a Charleston team we hadn’t seen all year in regards to horrible FT shooting and turnovers. Such a shame. Auburn was ripe for the taking.

He slung an arrow 10 feet short of the hoop on that last 3 attempt. I wish the auburn guy would have shot an aarow at his face after that brick

They got screwed on that missed call. Even a late call after the shot was that short. Almost always indicates a foul. Brantley needed to make his FT, but Riller has terrible form. I'm not surprised any time he misses. The difference in their FT numbers is in who was shooting.

RE: CAA/Other Opponents - Tribester - 03-16-2018 08:54 PM

You thought Charleston was bad from the line going 7 for 14. Auburn went 15 for 32!!!...and won!

Not calling a foul was a makeup for not calling him walking before the shot.

Riller has been weird this year in terms of missing clutch FTS. Surprised Brantley was as bad as he was from the ft line. Chesley didn't seem himself, but Charleston's shot selection in the game was horrendous. Most other teams beat them by 20+ the way they played tonight

Not calling the walk was a makeup for Chealey's last foul. W&M got screwed out of money by the refs.

Yeah, no problem...CoC actually shot a better FT % but turned the ball over 21 times vs Auburn's 12. Sure sounds like FTs lost the game.

Zorch's theory falls apart...again.
