Let's turn out for the WMU game - NIU1981 - 11-10-2017 02:21 PM
Weeknight games suck and no one hates them more than me. Regardless, next week's game is a big one against a good opponent and with a MACC shot still in play. If we could somehow rally the troops and get 10K fans out it would be a huge boost to the team. The weather is supposed to be great that night, clear with moderate temps, as good as you can get for a November night game. I'm going to reach out to my friends and see how many I can convince to come. If everyone can do the same that would be fantastic. It's also senior night and the last home game of the season, let's do this.

Well if 6600 was the number, 6500 were in the west stands. Cause I counted less than 100 in the east stands. Excluding the band. The usher on the west side told me to sit wherever I wanted to sit. I know it was cold, it was a weeknight, it was Ball State, yada yada yada, for that few people to come out, it does not bode well for Niu. Reminded me of when the Bears sucked and Bob Avellini said something like "the only reason fans come out are to drink beer and boo me"....That's a Classic.

Remember it's Senior Night and we all should show these Seniors our gratitude. They have given us plenty to cheer about over the last 4/5 years. Some great Seniors in this group.

By the time I got to the game in the 3rd quarter at the interception there were not even 1200 in the whole stadium (wouldn't have filled up the chairbacks)
I wonder if the Nissan St Charles dealer has a 5k per MACtion game ticket purchase that is part of their sponsorship.
