Honestly, these rankings do show that it may very well be possible to get two G5's in a NY6. UCF's OOC schedule is nothing special this year. They are ranked 18. If SDSU was undefeated, they would be in the teens as well. If they both finished undefeated, I am confident that they both would finish top 12. However, it would have to be two teams from two different conferences, as any late loss in a championship game would give them the excuse to field the one loss team just outside.

Screw those P5 teams. UCF got shafted. They should be a few spots higher. SOS hurting them.
How does AZ get ranked above Memphis? They have 2 losses, we have one. They lost to Houston. We beat Houston. One factor is supposed to be common opponents.

Didn't look it up. But that seems like the most obvious reason, other than just flat P5 bias, which always exists.

I am loving the top 4. Everyone on the outside needs help at this point. Whoever loses in the SEC CG, whether it be Georgia or Bama..... neither will drop below 4. Having the Big 12, PAC 12, and B1G all on the outside looking in will be priceless. LOL
