McGrath wishes more people knew who he was, but both acknowledge that it’s tough for a mid-major player to get widespread attention, especially without a deep tournament run. But McGrath also knows this: in his 22 years with both Kansas and North Carolina, no player—Brice Johnson, Tyler Hansbrough, Sean May or anyone else—has ever received a plaque from the NCAA indicating that they led the country in a statistical category.

Cacok had 230 attempts last season. The CAA season field goal percentage record with at least 300 attempts is by UNCW's Matt Fish in 1991-1992. As of after 2012-2013, the CAA career field goal percentage record with at least 250 makes is by UNCW's Vladimir Kuljanin. Unfortunately I don't have newer information. The required amount of attempts and makes came from the CAA, not me.
