Anatoliy Kuzmin held out his daughter’s blue U.S. passport over a red Russian one and snapped a photo from a Florida beach.
“Woohoo! Got dual citizenship for my daughter!” he wrote on Instagram.
American citizenship for the newborn girl was the goal of Kuzmin and his Instagram-celebrity wife, who sought the help of birth-tourism services in Florida for the arrival of their first child. They are among the estimated hundreds of Russian parents who flock to the U.S. annually for warm weather, excellent medical care, and, more importantly, birthright American citizenship.

Yup, Chain migration has to end, perfect example right here. Read stories about hotels and converted homes renting out thousands upon thousands of rooms in Cali for wealth-ish Chinese nationals doing the same thing. Pretty clearly a so called "loophole" someone discovered along the way, now it's become BIG Business. Not the spirit of any of our laws, time to put a stop to it.

The only way a foreigner child should get a free US citizenship is if at least one of the parents is a citizen like Oblunder got his.

Another fail. I didn't even vote for Trump and I know this type of immigration abuse has been going on for decades. This isn't rocket science and until something changes it is perfectly legal and leads to direct citizenship for the newborns.

Glad someone else caught the hypocrisy. This immigration sidestep has been going on for years and years prior to Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, etc. From what I've read, it's huge business in China where trips are marketed for pregnant women to fly to the US to have their kids. I know for a fact of some South Americans that do the exact same thing. Blaming Trump for this is nothing more than stupid.
