Not HUGE news, but worth mentioning as it is just east of the campus and convenient for homers and visitors alike for before/after games. The hotel should come in very handy too, I'd think particularly for baseball as most are 3 game series. I think it would be REALLY cool if a local brewery such as Temblor could put in a taproom (They could call it The Aftershock [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES] )
A little late on the timeline as "Summer 17" is almost gone.
