Maybe DC will involve Static in the new season of Young Justice?

Here's hoping it won't suck.

Apparently he will be apart of the new season...but I'm not signing up for DC's new streaming service to watch.

I'm not gonna say it sucked, as the only thing I really didn't get into was the weird lit up bolt on his shirt. I did try to wiki up some of his backstory as I figured this would get a lot deeper into that than any incarnation I had seen of him. It appears it will. Seems like he has a pretty interesting story to him.

I hope for them that this doesn't suck.

Reserving judgement on this till who actually does him plays him. I liked this kid being that "almost Joker."

Interesting... and I have never heard of this villain, but then again I am not up on all her villains.

Current Superman might extend his contract.

Cheetah is a long WW rival, which is a sad commentary on her rogues gallery. And I think if Cavill is ever given a decent script he could be a great Superman. Conversely, he makes a terrible Clark.

Honestly, I am fine with his Clark not being a doofus. I think he can be the clean cut, clean living, normal guy instead of being kind of a faked bumbling idiot like he was in the original live movies.

I wouldn't advocate for a Reeves type characterization of Clark either. I just don't think that Cavill provides any differentiation between Clark/Supes

Most of it is the costume, I'll give you that, but I am fine with how Cavill does do it. He just needs a better movie so to speak. IMO, Man of Steel, did a lot of things right, fresh, and new in terms of Superman on the cinema screen level but it also had some annoying points that detracted from it. Keep the same tone and fix the flashbacks and make the fights less like something from Dragonball Z and I think they will be onto doing Superman right in the current age.

Superman the Animated series did a good job at that.

I didn't really have any issues with how Superman was portrayed in BvS or JL so far. I think they just need screen time to work out the on-screen chemistry even if via most canon of Batman and Superman being together they were never really besties, just guys who could work together to get stuff done.

Appears The Flash movie can finally move forward. IDK.... I have liked the animated Flash incarnations of late and I have liked The Flash tv show.... but somehow, The Flash in BvS and JL just didn't do it for me. Something about him felt all wrong.

I hope they do this right. That said, I liked the first movie even with its issues. That said, Green Lantern is one of those characters to me that I just never overly got into but I get some weird vibe that Green Lantern (Corps) can be the DC equivalent to Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.

The Flash character was one of the better parts of Justice League for me.

NEW GODS gets a director....

Personally I got nothing on this as I don't know much about "New Gods."

Lots of DC stuff of late...

Constantine to be more involved with LoT
http://www.darkhorizons.com/constantine-to-be-a-legends-regular/

--IMO, this series is fine for what it is... but it does feel a little light. I've liked the stories amongst these shows using Constantine.

http://www.darkhorizons.com/krypton-producer-explains-shows-point/

I hope this is good. Smallville got pretty good press, I wonder how this will do. I haven't watched any of the live action Superman tv series. I find Supergirl decent for what it is.

Sounds cool but I haven't watched anything on this so...

http://www.darkhorizons.com/gotham-s5-to-do-no-mans-land-story/

Sounds pretty cool to me for a storyline for this series. I've enjoyed binge watching this show's seasons on NF.

Well, good news for a lot of the DC shows on the CW.

CRAZY article. I mean, arguing over the physique of a super hero seems a little shallow IMO.

Love the other seasons. Hopefully, it will be on Netflix eventually.
