He learned a good deal of recruiting at his previous gigs, he has that department covered... Coaching and leading a full program however is a different animal, we're going to keep a close eye and hope for good results.

I think he hired the right OC, and a good enough DC. We score enough points next season to hide most of our mistakes.

The difference between him and tom probably isn't much as far as experience but rather tom was just high energy always cheer leading the school the team always doing an interview always something out of him to get UH in a discussion.

Major is quiet. I have no idea if he can win games here but I don't think he sucks at much.
