With a couple of WAC teams playing some MWC teams. Thought it would be cool if we could do something similar like the Big 12/SEC challenge with previous season standings determining the matchups.

I think Summit is most likely or the Big Sky. No WCC or Big West school is going to be wanting to travel to UKMC, Chi St, or UTRGV

BW teams have a fear of flying so count them out. BSC would do it, they are desperate for some home scheduling opportunities.

I think the Big Sky or the Summit would be a lot of fun. How about a Denver - GCU match-up!
Not Chicago St vs Western Ill, they often play anyways.
