Seems like this has become the new signing day. Feel like it will be a fight to hold on to anyone who doesn’t sign today, and just as much of a fight to fill out a class with good recruits vs all the P5 schools that will be trying to fill out.

I agree. That's why I was impressed with WMU--looks like they held on to all of their "existing" verbal commitments and still have an iron or two in the fire (although they may not get that one today). Rockets need to keep pace today. Hopefully this will end up being a very good day!

Since Western isn't going to a bowl game, their coaches have had plenty of time to get their recruits to send their LOI's in early. Our staff has a few other things to do. Feel so sorry for the Broncos.

Hines is a greyshirt...... same thing may happen here with Dakari Carter who verballed in 2017... I think he's greyshirting and may also be part of 2018 class. This is per his Twitter history. We'll see.

Besides Wilkinson, what other "big names" are still missing? The two LBs--Bolden & Taylor...any others?

I do wonder if Bradley signing will push Wilkinson away...that was a surprise!

I know recruiting rankings aren't the end-all, be-all. But it would appear the MAC West will continue to be the stronger, meat-grinder division for the foreseeable future. WMU, Toledo, and NIU ranked right at the top.
