This was the coach's way of controlling the game. Realistically, CSU couldn't score enough points to catch up with the amount of time left on the clock.

Don't forget the SEC with Ole Miss and Miss St. being in the same state or Bama and Auburn sharing the same state lines. Same with Tenn and Vanderbilt.
Or the ACC with 4 teams in one state, and three within 20 miles of each other.

Great job Idaho! Watched part of the game in a Salt Lake restaurant, right up to the 34-7 score. My jaw dropped when we arrived at our hotel in Moab. I wish I could have watched the shoot out.

That's the big deal about bowls. They are essentially money transfers from Universities to bowl entities.
There were not more than 500 CSU fans in the stadium, I can tell you that right now. We saw maybe 50 fans in and around the stadium in CSU gear. Pretty pathetic for a school with Big 12 aspirations
