Didn't see this posted yet. Several sources saying stAte will be in Orlando.

I'm not sure I have CBSSN. I'll try to watch though.

I noticed that CBSSN thing and it made me want Orlando less, as it's not likely I will be able to attend a Dec 17th bowl game.

In the Jonesboro paper today Anderson said" a win would be nice but we are MAINLY going to celebrate these young men and what they accomplished." I am pretty sure that is exactly what the Great coaches in college football would have said too....

So it's party on in Orlando. Anderson has said some stupid stuff here but none of it disgust me like this.

What on earth are you talking about, this is basically the worst possible location for our fan base. Almost no one will make that trip.

Yeah this sucks I'm being told this is because GD picked Ohio over Toledo and ESPN doesn't want another Astate Toledo matchup in Montgomery so Astate and app are forced to Switch

Not sure App should be penalized for Blake Anderson's incompetence.

Nothing to do with Anderson, there was no way anybody was going to take a rematch. We could have beaten Toledo by 40 and the result would be the same.

I always thought it was understood that the Mobile Bowl would take the SBC Champ if not picked by NO Bowl. So why isn't App or Ark St going there? They'd want the MAC Champ, but settle for Ohio because they came 2nd. You'd think the DG Bowl would go with AkrSt/Ohio (since App would be a rematch from last yer). That'd leave Troy in Montgomery and App in Orlando

Dollar General had basically invited Troy before they lost to Georgia Southern.

C'est la vie. I'd rather have Toledo back at the Camellia Bowl on EPSN/2 at 5:30 on a Saturday than 6-6 UCF on CBSSN at the same time.

Two words...............this is what you get when you have "Karl Benson" as the league commissioner.

What's surprising is DG passed on Toledo for Ohio. Despite bobcats being eastern division champs & runner ups the rockets are the better known & talented team

They didn't care about the GS game outcome... they had their eyes set on us after the USA game and they were there to witness our turnout

The MAC also has a bowl in Miami Beach against an AAC opponent...it's possible that's where Toledo is headed. Rockets did beat #25 Temple in their MAC/AAC bowl matchup last season.

But who knows how the $$$ flows in these "lesser" bowl scenarios, particularly when ESPN owns certain bowl games. So much for "conference rules/standings", huh?

But a win over UCF of the exalted AAC would look better on ASU's resume.

Do I have any confidence we will take the game seriously and prepare for it seriously? Not really.

No chance we take it seriously.
