I wonder seriously if they did this with a corner of an eye on the coaching situation in Statesboro. Both fans are frustrated to no end, why not anger Eagles fans more by being the first to make a move.

Why would that bother GS fans. GSU has a very good reason to make a move just on what Miles has done without taking into account anything outside of the program. Got a new stadium to start playing in next year...perfect time to give a new guy( optimism) an all new start.

He gave us fits. A lot more than guys who still have jobs in this conf. He just never could beat us. Looking at his record though it was time.

Don't worry yet, GaSt hasn't proven they can hire a good coach yet, they have tried twice, and ultimately failed twice.

But, it's a whole new program next year, playing at the Ted, new coach, new look. GaSt needs to rebrand and come out fighting in September.

I feel for CTM and his family.... it's never a good day when somebody loses their job. I hope he is able to land at a school abs experience long term success. I hope we get this right and make a great hire..... especially since we will be playing in our own stadium next year. This is our final chance to get this thing right.

Final? You are putting to much money in the program with a stadium rebuild to believe that.
