If a state feels that their election contains fraud they don't have to certify their election.

There are 100 counties in NC and all 100 are controlled by the Republican party with a 2 to 1 majority on each board. The board members are all appointed by the county parties. I am a democrat and have full faith in the integrity of each of the three members of my county board of elections. The election will be fair.
