I don't see why people were saying Western Kentucky was starting an inexperienced quarterback. The guy started for South Florida for two years.

There wasn't one mention on 2 local channels evening news about Rice having a game tonight. Plenty of stories about standing in line for OU/UH tickets.
The Owls get what they earn. Not earning much so far.

The announcers are funny.... We're not intimidated by the 20,000+ crowd, despite having a safety on our first punt attempt and if I believe gametracker, we have 1 yard of net offense?

Certainly a lot more bright spots on both sides of the ball but then again there are still so many rice beating rice mistakes. It doesn't really matter if we can't cut out all of the mistakes and dumb plays.

Bailiff did acknowledge that several time in pre-game interviews. Plus, their O-line and receivers are still there.
But we have hurt ourselves so far with penalties. Game could easily be 10-9 Owls.
