Watched an interview, seems like a bright, well-spoken young man. No idea, and not going to speculate on what lead to the move closer to home. Let's respect his privacy. Looks like a great addition. Imagine we'll see him at WR given relative strength at CB. Could have a big impact in return game too.

Can play right-away. No sitting out a year if you drop down a level from FBS to FCS in football.

I think we can agree that having 2 DeVontes is never a bad thing. With the combined HR hitting potential, that screen pass game should cause nightmares for coordinators.

Solid get for WM here. Lot of MD fans wanted him, but sounded like Durkin wasn't ready to offer him a scholarship. Supposed to be a very high character kid, and should be well poised to make an impact at this level.

The screen game should really flourish with speedsters on each side of the field. This will also make it nearly impossible for teams to stack the box against the run.
