The level of evil that ISIS represents is beyond belief and hard to accept the fact that any human being could be that evil. The world needs to stop screwing around with these people and just rid the world of them by taking whatever means are necessary.

Certainly a horrific act -- but when it comes to killing innocents (children included) the West isn't exactly innocent. Never has been. The method of delivery may differ, but I'd say the results are much more lethal when we do it.
Guess maybe we can say we didn't mean to, or call it collateral damage or killing to save lives, or something. Not sure that makes much difference to the dead. And I'm not saying this isn't a part of war. But to claim barbarity is something only the other guy does is wrong.

Seriously? Please show me an equivalent situation where someone representing a western nation forces a 4 yr old to watch as they intentionally kill his father. And then they blow him up.

I'm going to have to agree on this one. Bad as the unintended killing may be from what is termed collateral damage (accidental), the intentional strapping of explosives to a child, and especially after intentionally killing that child's father right in front of them, there is just no comparison here. Both are killing, but one is pure evil.
