I've been trying to put a list together of all conference schools that have televised football games. So far for UCF, I have the following:

UCF
Sep 1 USC-ESPN
Nov 12 UAB-CSTV

Is this all of the scheduled televised games at this point?

Do you expect more games to be picked up (possibly the USF game)? Personally, as a fan of the old and new conference, I'd love to see that game go down.

your USC game will be in HD too, I'll be tuned in.

Don't forget about Houston/UCF, November 5th on PAX (iNet).

Thanks, I'll mark it down.

Is Sun Sports (previously known as Sunshine Network) televising any UCF games this season? They usually broadcast statewide any UCF road games that aren't televised nationally.

I was thinking the same thing. Would especially seem like a good move if Sun were to pick up the UCF/USF game.

If its at USF, then it falls under the Big East TV contract.

One of UCF's games at Syracuse (the 2001 meeting, I think) was televised by Sunshine Network. Has the Big East gotten a new or revised contract that would prohibit Sun from picking up the UCF/USF game?

UCF vs. UAB will be on I-TV (Formerly Pax-TV).

This marks the 2nd nationally televised home game for UCF (first being Marshall in 2003) and the first homecoming game televised nationally.

actually, UAB is a road game this year...

You mean Houston, not UAB. UAB will be on CSTV and it's away.

UCF isnt carried on sunsports anymore. I have heard rumors of usf-ucf being put on espn regional. That would be cool (to watch on tape when I get back from the beatdown we will put on usf).

UCF vs. Houston is your 2nd nationally televised home game ever? Wow. Fortunately, with the contracts that C-USA has....that number will definitely increase over the coming years. Glad to have y'all aboard!

Our previous athletic director chose not to put most UCF home games on television, but the current AD changed that policy when he was hired. You also have to remember that UCF's football program has only existed since 1979 and did not join Division 1-A until 1996.
