Why don't they ever have these things at a time I can go to'em? Although, I'm a lot less interested in the topic she'll be talking about, than the climate change one Kerry spoke on.
Also, what with the sudden influx of high-profile federal politicians doing talks at ODU?

It's less than two months until 2016 and Virginia is probably going to be a swing state again.
For years, presidential politics largely passed over the state because it was so locked-in Republican. Then, starting in 2008, it became almost Ohio-like in importance.
