The Tribe women's lacrosse team, who began the season with four consecutive defeats to Top Twenty teams (three in top ten), have snapped back with four straight wins...defeating Gardner-Webb at Martin Family Stadium today, 22-3. This follows an 11-10 overtime win over Richmond earlier this week.
Dotted with freshmen and sophomores, this team has improved their level of play remarkably since the season's start.
The team plays nationally ranked Virginia at Martin this Wednesday night.
