Sure he can. His rule is for players that commit to Old Dominion. He doesn't have such agreement with committed players to other schools.
Exactly... two different things.
Right. If anything, his rule is a good thing for kids. He is encouraging them to not commit until they are certain ODU is their choice. It's not his fault if other coaches aren't holding recruits to that standard.

After watching a few minutes of his video. He got me the most amped of any recruit. I see a ton of yards from the holes that kid makes. #GrownAssMan.

Yeah, I was also impressed. 6'4", 310 and runs a 5.2 40. Looks aggressive and athletic. Bill Dee is going to love him, I am thinking.
