You would think someone majoring in political science would know which way the political winds blow in Tuscaloosa

He just signed his death warrant

It is embarrassing to think what the Kaleidoscope produces versus the Crimson & White.

That kid just committed career suicide. But I appreciate his thoughts.

I guarantee you this individual will be working for UAB in the not so distance future...lol.

Wow, pretty impressive!

That pretty much sums it up!

I wonder if Regan is one of those out-of-staters at UAT.

The UA BOT has gotten the exact results it intended with their decisions regarding UAB football. It may appear they don't care about UAB football, but they care greatly - in a negative fashion. They want it to do poorly or die.

I'll say it again: The UB BoT knows exactly how to grow and nurture a football program. The state of the UAB program bears silent but damning witness to their intentions.

One word...

Wow.

Thank you Regan!!!

I know we have severe issues with the Board, but I also wonder how much of our problems are truly internal at UAB? I think we all know that there is conflict between the medical school and the western side of campus. I also wonder how beneficial having the former med school Dean as president?

The word on the street is that President Watts is a stealthy bulldog. And will be a strong advocate for ALL of UABs interests.

Is this a sign that the power and influence of Bryant Jr is beginning to wane in the University of Alabama system? Most Alabama fans (the tolerable ones) and grads I speak to realize that the best thing to happen to their program was when Bryant Jr backed away from their athletic program in order to get Saban to agree to come to Alabama. I think Bryant Jr isn't as influential as he once was and his influence is waning as Saban's is waxing.

Cubby Bryant's influence IS waning, which is a good thing, but he's not the only problem child on the board, and that's a bad thing.

I think Bryant Jr is the glue that holds them together. But, I could be wrong. Finnis and Espy don't seem as bold to me. I don't think they would be much of a threat without Bryant Jr to hide behind. But again I could be wrong.

Regan is Jack Williams' son.
