Well if you want to bring up the FB pictures then that's what I did.

I think Michigan only plays MSU once next year b/c in 02-03 we only played once (a Michigan victory) but played Ohio State twice, and last year it was the opposite.

If the game is in AA then Michigan has a pretty good chance of winning.... If it's in EL then MSU will probably win.... our teams are about even, though....

Well I disagree completely here. I dont see how you can say that our teams are about even, state didnt lose anybody from last years team (besides for Andreas, who only saw limited minutes anyway) and we have a top notch incoming class.

In my opinion with
Hill, Anderson, Davis, Torbert, Ager, Brown, Neitzel, Naymick, Trannon, and more
I wouldnt be one bit surprised to see another national championship 04-bow

This argument has been made on Michigan's rivals BB board, too.

Michigan only lost BR Jr, and Ron Coleman will take over the minutes that Lester Abram doesn't take.

Courtney Sims is bulked up, Daniel Horton is back in form, and Dion Harris can only get better.

Answer this:

What if Drew Neitzel doesn't come through as expected, and you don't have a true point guard in your starting five, again???

Naymick and Gray are still unproven commodities so what happens if they don't come through when MSU faces a team with good post players???

Yes, MSU has the deepest 2/3 rotation in the country and Paul Davis is a good 5, but the won't mean as much if the players at the 1 and 4 positions don't come through.

Illinois is the only team in the BigTen that is a true national title contender along with the likes of Kansas, Arizona, Syracuse, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Mississippi State, and Connecticut next year.

MSU is missing a few parts just like Duke, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, and Louisville.

That will be the big if this season, but I do believe IF Neitzel comes through and another post player steps up we will have a legit shot at a national championship. Otherwise it may be another season like last year....disapointing by our standards. I feel the biggest issue is we need someone to step up when the game is on the line, last year nobody would and that is why we lost so many games that should have been won. :bang:
