Obamacare’s Website Crashing Because It Doesn’t Want You To Know Expensive The Plans Are, Creates “Traffic Bottleneck” By Forcing Users To Create Account Before Seeing Prices…Even better, HHS knew beforehand this would slow the exchange website down considerably but went with it anyway.
