A long hard look at both the offensive and defensive co-ordinaters is needed.

And the guy who hired them, and the guy who hired HIM.

Yeah, changing coordinators will make all the difference.

BTW - who's their boss, that hired them, gave them direction on philosophy, is responsible for total program?

Yup. Accountability has to start at the top.

But only in my dreams could that happen.

... or will my dreams become reality? Stay tuned to MACtion to find out! :)

Your dream just turned into a nightmare, Todd. To be continued next week........

It can't be PJ'S fault he has so many catchy slogans... we don't have talent... its his first year he gets to learn on the job... recruits love him except the ones who decommitted... he has soo much energy while only sleeping 5 min a night... he still hasnt taught the community how to RTB... he is just so damn cute.

RE: Fire Fleck - Broncobelt - 11-09-2013 05:13 PM

Careful Kimbo. Hate to see you get taken to the wood shed again, or where ever it was.

I know. But I am in Chicago so I still have an hour to delete it.03-idea

RE: Fire Fleck - MajorHoople - 11-09-2013 05:21 PM

We are going to wind up 1-11.

Is there any possible reason to believe that things will be better next year?

RE: Fire Fleck - wmutkelaw - 11-09-2013 05:26 PM

Things will get better, but I see it taking 10 years and 3 head coaches. How did we get this bad this quick? Hate to bring up Cubit, and perhaps we sucked under his leadership, but we were at least respectable.

Except it has already been copied in other posts.

Why bring him up at all, then the Fleckapologists will start drawing their silly jazzed parallels and taking focus off of the real problem?

I turn 60 in December. May not have that long.

My tank is boiling over right now about this latest embarrassment.

Will come back tomorrow after I have a chance to cool off, maybe I'll feel differently.

Good point. I truly want Fleck to be successful.

I don't think so. I've been a strong advocate of giving any coach a couple of years to demonstrate competence or incompetence. Either way, I expect to improvement in areas like decreasing penalties, fewer uses of time outs for dumb reasons, crisper offense, smoother play calling. In the end, I wanted to give PJ the benefit of the doubt, but given the lack of tangible improvement, and the continuing demonstration of poor execution, among other things, my hope for a better season next year is ebbing. I don't see any reason for things to improve.

He can only get better, that parts been established.

Yup!

If he doesn't make huge staff changes it will only get worse. 0-12 with no close games to piss away.
