It was 90's themed. They picked the catchy songs from then. It was more than just 'Who Let The Dogs Out'

Isnt it amazing how bad the 90s was music wise, it had no identity, no talent, just a miserable decade.

That song came out in 98.
My FR year in 99 I know they played it at the football games over and over again. It was not cool then.

I highly disagree. Judging the 90's as a whole based on "Who let the dogs out" is flat out ignorant.

Ah. Early to mid 90s were fantastic. From Nirvana, Pearl Jam, REM, Counting Crows.... The boy band craze was pretty bad..in the late 90s rock was almost dead. 90s couldn't have been worse than the 80s. Ugh.
