Drake will be an entirely new staff. Look for Monty to hire a Chicago guy, maybe even a AAU or Highschool guy.

Move on to bigger and better things, that's the process for all NIU coaches. The new assistant wont be our coach anytime soon.

We're doing great! We got 2 studs from Norway. Maybe we should now go for some big studs from Liechtenstein.

Agreed. The great Chicago kids leave the state, the good ones end up at U of I, and we get the "projects." Recruit some shooters. NOT "athletes."

They either get fired or move up...nobody stays at MAC schools (pay is the main issue)
