Where a company chooses to do business is of no concern to the IRS; companies enter and leave markets all the time. The IRS has no jurisdiction in this matter . . . yet.

So? Ford hasn't been selling Crown Victorias to cities and counties that sued them for years. Who cares? I thought guns were just another lawful product that should be treated just like cars or TVs or refrigerators

I'm not disagreeing, I'm just trying to figure out why all the fanfare about this. Plenty of companies haven't been selling to various law enforcement agencies for a while for various reasons.
