Thanks for the link, now that the HWTs are wrestling! You guys had a good year. Looks like we keep our conf tourney streak intact! Next year should be exciting with the Olympic qualifiers returning. I think we will not bother wrestling at 197.

Barlow lost 3-2. Kent was 5-4 in the placement matches. CMU was 8-1 only losing the Heavyweight consolation after it did not matter anymore. Kudos to them.

You're welcome. Congrats on winning the tourney, it was deserved. Let's see how many the MAC can get in by the committee. I'm going to petition the MAC to see if Killer can wrestle both at 197 and heavy next year.

Our HWT won too. The score was wrong on the stream and was corrected at the end.

No one respects Borrelli more than me but this can't be considering anything other than an epic collapse by Kent State. Congrats to Tom and the Chips but for KSU it shows what a long way we have to go.

We certainly didn't step it up, did we? There is still work to be done by KSU. I'm burnt out. My son wants to play Call of Duty; that sounds like good therapy.

Kent fans shouldn't be too hard on their squad. Today CMU as a team wrestled better than they had ALL YEAR! In part this is a testament to just how great of a job was done by Coach Tom Borrelli and his staff on getting 'em ready.
On to the NCAAs. May the MAC make some serious noise!

Sorry for all the repeat posts. For some reason I wasn't seeing them until just now. Oh well we qualified 5 for the NCAA so maybe we will be better there.
