Alright i am asking for two differant kinds of feedback for three differant situations.
This is the best case situation ( if you are a herd fan ), Snyder leads the Herd to a reasonable season, wins the conferance, and wins a bowl game.
This is the moderate situation, Mark Snyder leads the Herd to a winning season wins the Eastern half of the conferance, but loses the conferance championship. HE still goes to a bowl game, and wins.
If you were making the decision, are you giving him a extension? If you are how many years, and if you aren't hiring him for another year, who do you think would be agood fit?
