As for Whoopie, she isn't very bright, or a very good "actress" to begin with. Most of her points have been rebuked several times. Go look at the episode of "Mythbusters".
Besides her most significant acting role was a "Bartender" on Star Trek TNG for Chirst sakes...

Whoopi was a poor comedianne, but I think she was a good actress. That little bit she had in The Color Purple was at least passable.
Nevertheless, why do people put so much stock in entertainers' deep thoughts? These people play make believe all day! They don't have a good concept of reality people.

I saw a Documentary of a Professional Production Crew actually Recreate the Moon Walks as much as they possibly could in an Earth Atmosphere.
They totally Slam Dunked and Debunked all the Conspiracy Theorist and put them to bed on this one.
But who really needs to ask if "Whoooooopi Goldfart is an Idiot of the 9th Circle .....

If it was a hoax then why haven't any of the thousands of people involved in it come forward?
If there was any hint of it being a hoax then why hasn't congress held hearings asking where the money went?
If it was a hoax do you think NASA would still be here today?
If it was a hoax don't you think Obama would have released the reports with the intent on embarassing past administrations?
If 9/11 was a conspiracy would you go on TV blasting some organization that just killed 3000 people and not fear for your own life?
Liberals: NASA perpetuates moon walk hoax while Tawana Brawley was factual.
Finally, if Obama came forward and said the moon landing really did take place, do you think Goldberg is shallow enough to change her mind?

I am glad that Walters shut down the stupid "facts" that the redhead (Joy?) was spouting about 35% of Brits not believing. I so wish I was on this show because it would just be a huge ego boost, because these people don't even know basics. Forget about multiple views on domestic/foreign policies which they all pretend they know what their talking about, I'm talking about **** like Whoopie's "How is the flag waving?" ignorance or how did they film it. She probably also thinks the Oliver Stone's "JFK" raises "questions" about the assassination despite 4 decades of verifiable scientific anaylsis of the events detailing how it was done. These people don't need a TV show where they are presented as educated individuals to millions of viewers. I believe that Hasselbeck, the redhead, and Walters are the only ones who even completed 2 years of college.

One of my Aunts worked for NASA in Slidell Louisiana, back in that time and has her name on about '3' Different Lunar Landing Mission Plaques and from her job and point of view - - that point of View being a NASA Employee in 1969 thru Apollo 14 or 15, can say, that she being under torture, would maintain that these Moon Landings did take place.
Now my aunt is a ***** on Rails baby and will tell you what she thinks no matter who is in the room, so for her to lie about this would be way way out of character for her.
She worked at NASA until her Husband was transferred over seas and she retired from there and went with him.
But, I know that Whooooooopie Goldfart and Alec Balls-can't-Win and such other Fine Americans like Sean Penn and Peter Coyote know best about these things, all the've ever done is Wait Tables and get lucky in acting roles.

If schools were serious about education they's stop going along w/ the innundation of entertainment into people's lives. They'd challenge parents to turn off the TV in their homes, and instead of lobbying for property tax increases, they'd ask for a surcharge on CaTV.
If we ever started seeing these, instead of expensive, proven-failure initiatives into "New Math", Whole Language Learning, etc, we'd know that a school is serious about learning. Until then, public schools are just a tool to keep the masses ignorant and distracted.
