There has been rumors floating around about you guys are in the works to move of to Div 1A. Is it true??

Yes.
JSU is currently undergoing a stadium expansion to increase seating to just over 24,000 with Luxury boxes. The same architects that did Troy's expansion is doing JSUs. They are also going to build a new baseball and softball facility.
