i thought it was a really good movie, a good deal better than Casino Royale. Oddly though, everyone i've talked to says the movie sucked. I was just wondering if any of you who've seen it thought it was as good as i did?

the action scenes were too busy, hard to follow like the boat chase.
I couldnt follow the charaters, who was who. like the last scene-dont know who they were. I did not like this movie

i usually don't like that type of filming style in action sequences, but i thought it worked well.
the man in the last scene was the boyfriend of the woman (vesper) he fell in love with in Casino Royale.

maybe if I rewatch Casino Royale then watch this one it would be better...but I just didnt get it and have no real desire to watch it again. sorry

fair point. i actually didn't see casino royale, so i watched it on DVD 2 days ago (day before i saw QoS).

hmmmmm its a more intense action movie and they really drove the point home about bond being a man on a mission. CR was more spy though.... kind of like dalton's the living daylights vs license to kill.

Yeah, when I read that in a review of QoS.... I totally got where they were coming from.
IMPO.... LtK was not "as" good as TLD...but it was a different tone for a different kind of enemy...a Colombian Drug lord... instead of guy with Nukes. Its like...they are both good, but in their own way.
