I respected Coulter at one time, not any more. McCain has an 83% rating for his voting record on conservative issues, Hillary less than 50%, Obama less than 10%.
Huckabee hit it right. Romney is new to the conservative way of life. Does Romney really understand what it means? Can he be trusted? The most electable conservative, Thompson, did not want the job and never campaigned.
The best conservative, Pat Buchanan was treated like crap in 1996 by the same conservative media that are now trashing McCain. They did not want Buchanan and championed Dole, well we know how that went.
McCain is better than Obama or Clinton, Romney....?

If it's McCain vs Hillary, I will vote Libertarian, assuming the LP candidate isn't one of those no-borders guys. If they are, I'll write in Ron Paul.

I think there are a lot of conservatives scratching their heads about this whole election. McCain sponsored the bill creating the biggest hinderance to free speech in this country, McCain/Feingold. McCain sponsored the biggest immigration give away in this country and he may not even win the Arizona primary this week. We'll know a lot more by Tuesday. But Romney is on the floor bleeding because conservatives don't trust him. Huckabee is wounded but going forward because at least he's the most consistent conservative on social issues. And McCain is getting all the moderate and liberal republican votes to squeak out 35% of the vote. Tuesday should be very interesting. Romney may win Mass and maybe Arizona. Huckabee will win several states and McCain will win NJ, NY, Ill., and California. This will put him close to winning the nomination with Virginia, MD and DC the following week. Virginia is probably a race between McCain and Huckabee. MD between McCain and Romney, and DC McCain will win hands down. I see Virginia as Huckabee's last stand and Maryland as Romney's last stand. There are lots of evangelicals in Virginia and some Mormons and business types in Maryland. If McCain wins either of those primaries, he'll probably get the nomination. If he loses both, then the fight moves on to the next round. I'm hoping that something happens between now and September, or this will be a hold my nose and vote election.

I dont believe this for a minute...She is trying to tie herself to the Clintons in order to paint her as a concervative...cute trick...but I doubt it will work.
