per Yahoo Sports....
The Texas Rangers sent erratic reliever John Rocker to the minors for the second time this season Tuesday.
The Rangers optioned Rocker to Triple-A Oklahoma and recalled left-hander Randy Flores from Oklahoma.
``John has been struggling in his setup role, especially in his effectiveness versus left-handed batters,'' Texas general manager John Hart said. ``We feel it will be in his best interest to go to Oklahoma to help improve that performance.''
