I've recently discovered two things:
1. Keith Whitley played bluegrass music before he passed.
2. Joe Diffie has been hitting the bluegrass circuit.
I'm also digging the Band of Heathens.. I've heard a few of their songs, but lately I'm really digging their cover of Little Feats' song "Willin".

Keith Whitley was a great, great singer. He played with Ricky Skaggs in the band, JD Crowe and the New South. They were a powerhouse!
I like the BofH.
Willin' might be the best truck driving song out there......unless it's "Momma Hated Diesel's So Bad", from the Lost Planet Airmen.

Okay I'm incompetent. How do I get the you tube clips to appear on here as a picture to click on and not the address?

When you respond, paste the link and highlight it. Go to the tv icon on top of the response box, drop the menu, and pick youtube.

If you were a young person in North Carolina during the 70's and 80's this was the band to see! And they are still going strong 40 years later.
