If I was looking to hire a coach for a big time program I might be reluctant to go with Matt. He needs to prove himself at a smaller program IMHO. There is to much information on his relationship problems at ND and UNC. He is a mean sob at times and these days many programs are worried about potential problems arising from these sorts of situations. We shall see what we shall see. That said, I can clearly remember thinking he would be a great coach when he played for us.
