Sunday afternoon the USA Jags claimed their fourth in a row SBC Baseball title with a win over Louisiana-Lafayette. They are sharing the regular season title with MTSU. Jeremy Simmons pitched about 8 innings and had somewhere around 12 strikeouts. Lousiana-Lafayette is going to make noise in the conference tourney that starts Wednesday at Stanky Field. Jags will be the second seed and play Western Kentucky at a game secheduled to begin at 6:30 which will probably be more like 7:30.
