I’m not a yuge fan of President Trump, especially his antics, but I do believe that he was the only person in 2016 who was able to prevent a Hillary Clinton Presidency. While I may have preferred a couple of the other 2016 GOP primary candidates, his personality honestly is what was needed to beat back the Clinton Clan.

For that alone, Americans should be grateful to him.

What kind of self-absorbed person posts something like that?

Wishing yourself a happy birthday on a public platform is wild to start with but when it backfires so spectacularly it's pretty awesome for the rest of us.

Somewhere there’s a former social media campaign adviser in witness protection hiding from the Clinton friend finder

A fair assessment of Trump, and most would agree.

I certainly do.

Welcome aboard.

I don't know. A more traditional Republican candidate would have won much easier in the red states and would have had a good chance in Nevada and New Hampshire. That would have been enough to win. But they might not have carried Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin determine who becomes the POTUS.

If a Democrat wins all 3, it's 270-268 for the Democrats.

However, if a Republican wins New Hampshire and Nevada, it's 272-266 for the Republicans.

All I remember is, Trump came out of nowhere and beat that b^tch from becoming the 1st female President. I mean how many people had Trump on their bingo card to run and win in 2016. 03-phew

There were several high-ranking officials in the Clinton campaign who basically disappeared from all media after 9th November 2016. They were some of the most useless people on the face of the earth, so I’m thankful we didn’t have to hear from them anymore. If only they had taken Hillary! with them…

This.

I voted for Ted Cruz in the Georgia primary that year. But looking back on it now, I don’t think he could’ve possibly won that election in November. Nor do I believe Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio or any of the others…

There was some Clinton/Bush fatigue.

I voted for Cruz. I think he would have won. I think Rubio would have won. I think Jeb would have been a great president, but Bush fatigue was real.
