A trillion further in debt every 150 days smh…
We borrow to finance every day spending. Then we borrow to finance wars. And we borrow to prime the economy to stop it from stalling out. And we bail out the failing companies so they don’t drag down the economy. And after all the borrowing, we borrow more to mask to previous borrowing.
We are doomed. Completely doomed.
And it all our own greed and hubris that did it.
