2025/26 Attendance - FoUTASportscaster - 07-01-2026 08:01 PM
Year four of attendance tracking. For over a decade, I personally have kept track of attendance numbers for UTA as well as their conference mates in all team sports. That includes both a per game average and total attendance. The teams are listed in per game average, then I add the ranking for total attendance to the right.

Observations: TSU football drove their huge increase. They would have beat GCU in total attendance this year. I was surprised that the new arena or runs in baseball and softball didn't drive a bigger increase elsewhere. Average non-football total attendance was only 600 better than last year.
UVU was a big winner overall, thanks in large part to women's soccer. Men's basketball was also 4,000 better.
Men's basketball really helped Utah Tech as well. They were near the bottom in year's past, but was in a solid fourth place. If they can field a winner, they may be a dark horse in the future.
UTA was this year's biggest loser, dropping overall by 30,000, or over 40 percent drop. Every sport saw a decline. VB and SB set all-time average and total records last year, so that wasn't surprising as a whole, but the percentage sure was.
ACU and CBU were roughly in line with last year.
SUU has had a slow decline every year. 43,000 non-football four years ago to 35,000 to 30,000 to 26,000.
