Midpoint map:

The NHL is naturally the northernmost league, the NFL easternmost, the NBA southernmost, and MLS westernmost. That leaves MLB as the centermost(?), as further reflected by their having the most teams in the Midwest.

Latitudes and longitudes mostly sourced from here: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/logandonaldson/sports-stadium-locations/data?select=stadiums.csv (I consulted Wikipedia for more recent stadiums/arenas)

Midpoints calculated (and map generated) here: https://www.geomidpoint.com/

That’s an interesting cluster. St Louis, a market the NFL abandoned, is its virtual geographical center.

The NHL being north of the rest comes to no surprise due to the many Canadian teams and the struggles hockey has had in warm weather markets.
