Yep. Has been and always will be one of the ugliest. It seems the only renovations they are interested in are on the stadium.

On top of that, they do little to maintain what little landscaping there is.

And...frat row looks like a war zone.

Yeah, that (UTK) is where my son decided he wanted to go, the landscaping is the worst of any campus I have visited with my kids. Concrete and dirt is all you see until you get towards the river.

Conversely, Furman was the prettiest I've been to followed by Elon.

Mizzou

Some butt ugly campuses- same qualifier:

ut knoxville- yes
USF
Louisville

BYU, and UCLA are beautiful. Blacksburg because it's in the mountains and the stone buildings. They are nice.
