What is the current longest streak a MAC team has without playing another team in the conference, not counting UMASS?

Which is the stadium visited most long ago for your team?

Without looking it up, OU hasn't been to Toledo in a while, and Toledo hasn't been to Dix Stadium at Kent in a long time.

Looks like Ohio came to Toledo back in 07, an even longer drought for Ohio not coming to DeKalb, 06 was the last time they were at NIU.

Toledo last played at Kent State in 2006.

Looks like Ohio came to Toledo back in 07, an even longer drought for Ohio not coming to DeKalb, 06 was the last time they were at NIU.

that's a very odd scheduling quirk by the MAC office.

OU has not played at NIU since 2006.
Miami has not played at NIU since 2008.
Bowling Green has not played at NIU since 2008.

Ball State hasn't played at Bowling Green since 2004. Last played the Falcons in Muncie in 2009

Our last trip to Ohio was in 2006, which I think has been the longest ago "road stadium" span for the Broncos.

Longest road stadium for NIU is OU and Miami, both of which we last played away in 2009.

We played at Buffalo in 2011. That was the missed extra point at the end of the game that would've sent it to OT. We play at UMASS in 2 weeks.

I know when UT played at KSU in 2006 (really fun game!) and then KSU visited UT I think the next year (or in '08?), it had been along time before that that we had played Toledo. I don't know why it has to be so unbalanced.

Nice of you to finally admit it.

MAC tries to avoid having the really good teams play the really crappy teams to keep the strength of schedule as high as possible. Or at least that is what i thought until I saw UMASS on the NIU schedule

Buffalo is playing at Toledo this year for the first time since 2005.

Sounds like BG in Muncie is the longest??? It'll be 10 years at least since BG has played there maybe longer.

Interestingly, Ohio has not played at WMU since 2008, the longest span against any MAC home opponent for WMU.

yeah i'd really like to know the logic behind the MAC scheduling decisions. or maybe that's my problem, thinking there is actual logic involved!
